PURPOSE: A blocking member, using a wiring material, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable a user to connect a fixing bar and a blocking member and to secure a view of an operator. CONSTITUTION: A blocking member, using a wiring material, comprises a first wire(11), a second wire(12), and combining holes(20,30). The second wire is partially welded in parallel with the first wire. The combining hole is formed between the first wire and the first wire in order to be combined with fixing bars(40,50). The fixed bar is installed between the inner side of the adjacent post.
