<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector structure for an optical transmission module by which a waveguide and an external waveguide can be optically coupled in a highly accurately positioned state. <P>SOLUTION: The connector structure for an optical transmission module for the purpose of optically coupling a waveguide 31 formed on a mounting substrate 3 to an external waveguide 9 includes: first fitting part 35 provided to the mounting part 3, which has a projected shape or a recessed shape in a direction along the waveguide 31; an optical connector 8A provided to the end of the external waveguide 9.
