The present invention concerns an in vitro method for determining a subject cellular humoral activity, which comprises the step of (ii) determining the expression profile of at least the CX3CR1 gene in effector cells expressing FCRG and CX3CR1, preferably CD3 - CD56 + NK cells, and (iii) comparing said expression profile to at least one control such as control values of FCRG and CX3CR1 expressing subsets in representative healthy donor control cohorts; the associated kit and the use of said kit for determining a subject cellular humoral activity directed against an antigen.
