PURPOSE: A wire cutting device of micro pipes is provided to prevent environmental contamination by continually circulating cool water using multi-filter. CONSTITUTION: A wire cutting device of micro pipes comprises a material aligning part(200), a material feeder(300), a material cutting part(400), and a material cooling part(500). The material aligning part is composed of an aligning tray and a rolling roller. A plurality of micro-metal pipe materials is arranged in a material receiving part of the aligning tray. The rolling roller rolls and supports material. When a material is cut, the first and second clamps clamp the materials. The material cutting part is composed of a wire bobbin(410) and a cutting wire. The cooling arm of the material cooling part includes a cooling water jetting nozzle disposed right above a cut portion of the material. |
