<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electronic money from being purchased in duplicate, and to prevent an excessive consumption by a user. <P>SOLUTION: A server for providing service transmits electronic money information specified based on specifying information to a requesting side mobile terminal(step S245), even when receiving charge request information from the cellular phone (YES in step S241), when the specifying information not updated to a transmission-completed state is registered (YES in step S244). The server for providing the service determines whether to allow a charge of the electronic money information or not (step S253), based on an accumulated amount of the electronic money information charged within a prescribed period controlled as to the requesting side mobile terminal, and based on a predetermined upper limit amount, and transmits the electronic money information to the requesting side mobile terminal, provided that permission is determined (YES in step S253). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
