PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent device is provided to prevent a contact failure by forming a metal wiring corresponding to a frit pattern with a jumping structure. CONSTITUTION: A link wiring(190) is formed in a second non-display area. One end of the link wiring is connected to a jumping wiring(200) through a second jumping wiring contact hole(210b). The other end of the link wiring is connected to a pad electrode(PAD). An organic electroluminescent diode is composed of a first electrode, an organic light emitting layer, and a second electrode. A frit pattern(120) is overlapped between the jumping wiring and an interlayer dielectric layer. |
