PURPOSE: A soundproof wall which enables an operator to easily adjust side to side tilting angle of H-beam is provided to accurately set the location of an H-beam by rotating the H-beam with a combining projection of a fixing plate inserted into a bonding groove of a fixing plate. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof wall which enables an operator to easily adjust side to side tilting angle of H-beam is composed like next. A fixing plate(90) is fixed on the top of a concrete structure(20). A fixer(60) fixed to an H beam(50) is settled on the fixing plate suing a fixing bolt(70). A soundproof plate is fitted in the H-beam. A combining projection(95) projected on the upper center of the fixing plate is formed. A coupling groove(61), in which the combining projection is inserted, is formed on the center of the fixing plate.
