DETECTION CHIP FOR PERFORMING VIRULENCE ANALYSIS OF CLOSTRIDIUM DIFFICILE, DETECTION KIT, AND DETECTION METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A test chip and a kit for analyzing pathogenecity of Clostridium difficile are provided to accurately test risk of Clostridium difficile and quickly block Clostridium difficile infection. CONSTITUTION: A test chip for analyzing pathogenecity of Clostridium difficile contains a probe having oligonucleotides of sequence numbers 36-37 or complementary oligonucleotides thereof. A real-time PCR kit for early analyzing pathogenecity of Clostridium difficile contains a primer pair of sequence numbers 5 and 6 for amplifying toxin B gene, DNA polymerase, dNTPs, PCR buffer solution, and PCR product marker. The marker is labeled at one end of a probe with an oligonucleotide of sequence number 74 or complementary oligonucleotide thereof.
