PURPOSE: Potato balls including squid slices and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to secure the original ball shape of the potato balls after thawing. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of potato balls including squid slices comprises the following steps: mixing potato starch, water, and salt to obtain an outer skin; producing stuffing using the squid slices, dried radish slices, and Chinese noodles; molding the outer skin and the stuffing into a proper size; and freezing the molded product. |
