PURPOSE: A photographing apparatus, terminal apparatus, and photographing method thereof are provided to recommend customized images to users by taking a photograph of many images. CONSTITUTION: An acquisition unit(103) selects many subjects from images about a photographed image. The acquisition unit acquires the photographing suitability of a specified subject. An evaluation unit(104) calculates an evaluation value according to each image. The photographing suitability is selected according to the evaluation value based on the number of the subject. A display unit(106) display one or more images based on the evaluation value.
