PURPOSE: A one-way clutch is provided to prevent the generation of slide contact by preventing a tip tooth of a planetary gear rotates with contacted with an inner circumference of a planetary gear receiving part. CONSTITUTION: A one-way clutch comprises an outer member(10), planetary gear receiving parts(40,42), an inner member(20), and planetary gears(44,46). The outer member comprises an inner gear in the inner circumferential portion has a cylindrical form. The planetary gear receiving part is installed in the inside space of the inner gear to rotate. The planetary gear receiving part is formed in order to be opened to the outer peripheral side. The planetary gear is accepted to each of a plurality of planetary gear receiving parts.
