PURPOSE: A radiant heat apparatus of a display panel is provided to directly emit heat to the display panel by circulating air between the front side of the display panel and the back side of the display panel. CONSTITUTION: A radiation panel(16) is located the back side of a display panel(14) and emits heat in which is located in the inside of a case(10) to a back side using a thermoelectric element(22) in which is inserted in a panel surface. An air circulation unit is arranged between the display panel and the radiation panel in order to circulate air in which is located in the inside of the case from the front side of the display panel to the back side of the display panel. The air circulation unit includes a cooling fan(24) in which is installed in the bottom of the radiation block and a radiation block(20).
