PURPOSE: A method for generating a stereographic imaging having a partial 3D effect and a computer readable recording medium for the same are provided to manufacture a 3D image by a vergence. CONSTITUTION: A 2D presentation image object generating unit(100) creates a 2D presentation image object or receives the object from outside. An area or point selecting unit(200) selects a predetermined area or a spot for applying stereoscopic effect. A presentation image making unit(300) manufactures a left eye presentation image and a right eye presentation image having binocular disparity about the predetermined area or the spot.
