An elliptical trainer for arms has a frame 1, a resistance-wheel assembly 2 and a driving assembly 3. The resistance-wheel assembly 2 is mounted on the frame 1 and capable of providing resistance against an exerciser's. The driving assembly 3 is connected to the frame 1 and the resistance-wheel assembly 2 and has two crank arms 30 and two bar linkage assemblies 31 connected pivotally. Each bar linkage assembly 31 has a handlebar 32 and a linking bar 33 connected pivotally. Because the elliptical trainer guides exercisers' arms in an elliptical motion path A, muscles of the arms are fully exercised and trained.
