PURPOSE: A holder which combines an advertising board in a ceiling is provided to easily fix the advertising board in the ceiling, thereby enabling the advertising board to express various logos with a light emitting device or use the light emitting device for illumination on the advertising board. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical holding shaft(11) is projected in the central part of one surface of a rectangular parallelepiped holding plate(16). A communication hole(12) penetrates the cylindrical inner diameter of the holding shaft. A wedge-shaped protrusion(13) is projected in both sides of the external diameter of the holding shaft to the outside. A cut groove(14) is arranged in the circumference of the protrusion. The protrusion is flexibly depressed to the inside of the holding shaft. A connection hole(15) is arranged between the protrusion and the end part of the holding shaft.
