PRECAST CONCRETE BLOCKS AND REMODELING REINFORCING CONSTRUCTION METHODS FOR LOW AND MIDDLE-RISE BEAM-COLUMN BUILDINGS BY USING THAT BLOCKS

PURPOSE: A precast block and a remodeling reinforcing method of a medium-high beam-column building using same are provided to improve convenience and durability and to reduce remodeling costs. CONSTITUTION: A precast block comprises a PC block(10), a space part(16), a concavo-convex part(17), and a hanger loop(20). A vertical reinforcing support(11) and a horizontal reinforcing support(13) are formed on the PC block. The vertical reinforcing support reinforces both column of the construction structure. The horizontal reinforcing support is settled on the bottom of the vertical reinforcing support. The space part is filled with concrete which is poured through the open top part of the vertical reinforcing support. The concavo-convex part is formed in the inner wall of the space part in order to extend a contact surface with grouting. The hanger loop is formed in front and back surface of the vertical reinforcing support in order to couple the PC block and the pillar using a coupling member.
