CONDITIONING AND PUNCHING SYSTEM OF THE BATTERY CASE

PURPOSE: A device for examining and punching out the battery case of vehicles is provided to maximize the accuracy and reliability of examination since the examination and punching are automatically performed in one line. CONSTITUTION: A device for examining and punching out the battery case of vehicles comprises: a roller conveyer(A) which is inclined so that a case(S) is automatically aligned; a chain conveyor(C) in which a proximity sensor(10a) sensing a case and a stopper(5) consists of an air cylinder(51) at the front end part and multiple rows of chains are rotated by a motor(31) at the end thereof; an inspector(1) confirming the defects of the case through the air; an extractor(3) which automatically extracts a defective case to the outside; a puncher(2) which automatically punches holes at the upper end of the partition of the case; and a roller conveyor(B) for discharging and transferring the case in which the holes are punched.
