PURPOSE: A multifunctional sterilizer and an antiseptic solution are provided to increase the spray amount of antiseptic solution and to easily remove nose wax. CONSTITUTION: A multifunctional sterilizer comprises: a spray pipe(69) which is formed in order to pass through the top end and bottom end so that an antiseptic solution can easily pass; and a nozzle cap post(35) which is formed in the top end of the spray pipe. In the top end of the nozzle cap post, an antiseptic solution outlet cap is formed in a circular shape in order to spray the antiseptic solution only in the horizontal direction.
