PURPOSE: A device for installing aquatic stadium lanes and a method for installing lanes by using the same are provided to easily change lanes. CONSTITUTION: A device for installing aquatic stadium lanes comprises a fixing unit, a vertical wire(20), a buoy unit, and a width adjusting wire(40). The fixing unit includes an anchor(11), a buoy, a wire connecting the anchor to the buoy, and a connecting unit. In the vertical wire, both sides thereof are fixed by the connecting unit and buoy combining marks are marked at a fixed interval. The buoy unit includes a detachable fixing clip. The width adjusting wire is equipped with a plurality of hooks(41).
