A geothermal device buried below frost level in the ground outside and connected to regular house furnace blower using PVC pipes for use in heating and cooling the house. This device consists of a fresh air intake pipe joined to a return air pipe and connected to a network of pipes that are inside a reinforced concrete or PVC box. This box buried below frost level is filled with water and the network of pipes is extended into the house and joined in a single compartment which is connected to the furnace blower. The blower sucks air from the intake pipes and a heat exchange occurs in the boxed pipes before the air is blown into the house at a temperature range of 70°F to 76°F year round depending on soil conditions and geographic location, this is an ideal indoor condition.
