PURPOSE: A forced exhaust type deaeration device using external wind is provided to delay the deterioration and maintain the adhesion between a base surface and a waterproof layer, thereby extending the service life of the waterproof layer. CONSTITUTION: A forced exhaust type deaeration device(100) comprises a main body(110) fixed to a surface, a housing(120) which is formed on the upper side of the main body, a rotary shaft(130) which is supported on the housing, an exhaust fan(140) which is formed on both ends of the rotary shaft and rotated to discharge vapor or moisture produced between the surface and a waterproof layer, an impeller(150) which is formed on the top of the rotary shaft and rotated by external wind to transmit the torque to the rotary shaft, and a rotation control part(160) which controls the rotary shaft to rotate in a specific direction.
