The head band has a hose-like band (1) with a knotted film (21) provided at end parts (20, 20'), and a cavity filled with flexible materials, where the cavity extends over a length of the hose-like band. Knot fields have knots firmly attached with a surface of the head band at a set of points, where the knots are fastened at a knot band. The knotted film is provided at a side of the knot band, where the side is turned away from the knots. The knots are held between the band and head of a human.
