The invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery. A method for preventing inefficiency of intestinal anastomosis sutures is characterized in that after putting anastomosis a thin catheter is introduced and fixed into the root of mesentery, the distal part of which is withdrawn through a wound and fixed by stitches onto a skin. After an operation there started durable intramesenteric infusion of medical preparation such as novocaine, heparin, proserin and ceftriazone through the catheter. The catheter is removed after 7 days.
