The invention relates to medicine, in particular to antitumor agents based on a platinum compound aqueous solution, to methods for producing the above-mentioned agents and to methods for the stabilization thereof. The method for stabilizing antitumor agents, which are based on the platinum compound aqueous solution, is carried out by the use of a mixture of a fluorouracil base and uracil and carbamide and a low-proton concentration solution.
