Described is a heater actuated by electromagnetic induction useful for heating solid or liquid materials, which uses frequencies for supplying the primary circuit at the nominal value of the network; an induced element suitable for heating the material to be heated, and which may also be actuated at high frequencies; in which case a frequency converter is included for raising the frequency from the nominal value to a value in the kilohertz scale.
