The invention relates to a process for preparing a protein-extract from the by-products resulting from bioethanol preparation from cereals, for fodder preparation purposes. According to the invention, the process consists in the recovery of the fermented mash after distillation and concentration thereof up to 1/3 within an evaporator, in three stages; treating the resulting concentrate with papain and heating the same up to 55°C for 12 h, passing the hydrolysate resulting from the previous stage through a homogenizer twice, at a pressure of 400 barr; mixing the homogenized suspension with hydrated sodium and calcium alumino-silicate and finally drying the resulting product. |
