The invention relates to a method for analyzing the protein sequences conformation, useful for examining the protein structure and functions. According to the invention, the method determines the protein sequence conformation modifications which occur along the molecular dynamic simulation by calculating the variations of the total number of atoms in a space with predefined dimensions.
