Disclosed is an isolated antibody or a functional protein that binds to a sclerostin polypeptide, comprising: (a) a heavy chain variable region CDR1 comprising an amino acid sequence consisting of SEQ ID NO: 4; (b) a heavy chain variable region CDR2 comprising an amino acid sequence consisting of SEQ ID NO: 15; (c) a heavy chain variable region CDR3 comprising an amino acid sequence consisting of SEQ ID NO: 26; (d) a light chain variable region CDR1 comprising an amino acid sequence consisting of SEQ ID NO: 37; (e) a light chain variable region CDR2 comprising an amino acid sequence consisting of SEQ ID NO: 48; and (f) a light chain variable region CDR3 comprising an amino acid sequence consisting of SEQ ID NO: 59. The invention further relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising said antibody, polynucleotides encoding said antibody, vectors, host cells, methods, uses and kits thereof.
