FLUORORESIN COVERING MATERIALS AND METHOD 0F PREPARING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluororesin-covered material that has a fluororesin layer hard to be peeled and further has superior scratch resistance, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The fluororesin-covered material is composed of: a base material; an engineering plastic layer covering the surface of the base material; and a fluororesin layer covering the surface of the engineering plastic layer. The engineering plastic layer has pencil hardness of ≥4H, and the fluororesin layer is composed of a fluororesin cross-linked by ionization irradiation. There is also provided the method of manufacturing the fluororesin-covered material.
