Disclosed is a fluorescence detecting device which comprises a rectangular-shaped hollow main body, which inner portion includes an electronic circuit, a power source feeding the same and a plurality of elements that form the control panel of the device, the invention also comprising a sample receptacle where conic microtube vials are located therein, said vials containing the liquid sample to be analysed, a LED of UV beam which provides the required excitation for the aptamers in the samples, a phototransistor for registering the fluorescence emission and the UV light that is transmitted by the plastic material of the vial and also comprising a further phototransistor which only registers the excitation UV light transmitted by the vial, therefore the signals generated by the phototransistors being sent to the electronic circuit where these are processed and which, as a final response, are useful for identifying the studied sample as a healthy, infected or tumour tissue.
