<p>The invention relates to a device for progressive relief making, used for plastic deformation of thin sheet metal on machine-tools with numerical control. According to the invention, the device consists of a ball (1) which constitutes the spherical head of the punch, some balls (2) as intermediary elements ensuring a rolling movement between the ball (1) and the support (3), a pivotable support (4) which can rotate about the central pivot (5), some screws (6) which ensure the accurate positioning of the support (4) at 4 x 45° and blocking the same in relation to the reduction (7) which is introduced into the cone of the main shaft of the milling machine, a support (8) ensuring the recirculation of the balls (2) and which sustains the wiper (9) together with the scraper (10) for removing the possible impurities.</p> |
