<p>The invention relates to a length measuring system which, at the measuring moment, makes one piece with the surgery table or patient's bed allowing measuring the length and which is applicable in orthopedy. According to the invention, the system comprises a support (1) which makes one piece with a table (2) and enables the system to rotate in horizontal plane, the motion being measured with the incremental rotary transducer (T), a rod (3) articulated in relation to the support (1) and which can rotate in vertical plane in relation to the support, the motion being measured with the incremental rotary transducer (T), a rod (4) articulated in relation to the rod (3) and which can rotate in vertical plane in relation to said rod, the motion being measured with the incremental rotary transducer (T), and spherical head feeler (6) articulated in relation to the rod (5) coaxial with the rod (4) which can rotate in relation thereto, said motion being measured by the incremental rotary transducer (T), and when the feeler (6) touches a point of interest on the patient's body with its spherical head, the transducers (T....T) measure the angles by which the elements of the system rotated and by means of an application program there are determined the spatial coordinates of the feeler sphere, in relation with a reference system in relation with which the patient has a fixed position.</p> |
