The invention relates to a process for preparing a bioactive product based on Lychnis coronaria, Origanum vulgare and Alchillea millefolium meant for treating endometritis in cattle and consists in subjecting the mixture comprising 50 parts of Lychnis coronaria, 30 parts of Origanum vulgare herba and 20 parts of Alchillea millefolium flores to the reflux extraction with ethyl alcohol 30% for 2 hours, the resulting extractive hydroalcoholic solution being then concentrated under reduced pressure and, after adding concentrated ethyl alcohol, is left to rest, is centrifuged, then a phenosept solution 1% is admixed and afterwards the composition is brought to a volume ratio of 5 : 1in relation to the vegetable material using ethyl alcohol 15%, there finally resulting a bioactive product with a content of at least 0.15% total flavones expressed as rutoside, at least 0.12% polyphenolcarboxylic acids expressed as caffeic acid, 0.01% phenosept and 13...17% ethyl alcohol.
