<p>The invention relates to an ophthalmic treatment active in affections of the cornea and moderately active in glaucoma. The product claimed by the invention is obtained from brown desert truffles of the Terfezia genus which are extracted with demineralized water in a 3-3:1 g/v ratio at 4°C, the extract being separated by filtration on an adjuvant layer or by centrifugation and it is purified by ultrafiltration on membranes of 10 kDa exclusion limit, the obtained permeate being concentrated under vacuum at 1/6...1/9 v/v, followed by adding 0.01 g/v of banzalkonium chloride and 0.6% of sodium chloride, to obtain a product which is distributed in sterile flasks of 5...10 ml.</p> |
