PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformer for welding, which is improved in output efficiency.SOLUTION: In the transformer 31 for welding, the secondary coil 33 is composed of a first coil 34 and the second coil 35 and a rectifier 36 is connected to the secondary coil 33. The first coil 34 is formed into a U-shape and an output terminal 34a which is provided at the side end on one side of the upper end is connected to the input terminal of a first rectifying device 10, and the second coil 35 is formed into a U-shape and the output terminal 35b at the lower end of the second coil 35 which is provided on the same side as the output terminal 34a of the first coil 34 is connected to the input terminal of a second rectifying device 11. By connecting the input terminal 34b which is provided on the other side end at the lower end of the first coil 34 with the input terminal 35a in the upper end of the second coil 35 which is provided on the same side as the input terminal 34b of the first coil, a center tap 38 is formed. A distance between the secondary coil 33 of the transformer 31 for welding and the rectifier 36 can be reduced. |
