PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary and preferable double cap in which no contaminated and damaged part is produced at its outer peripheral surface, and its outer appearance can also be assured.SOLUTION: There is provided a double cap 1 in which an opaque inner cap 3 having a threaded portion 2 and a transparent outer cap 4 covering the inner cap and fitted on it are combined to each other, wherein the lower end 3a of the inner cap includes an annular flange portion 5 expanded outwardly and formed, the annular flange portion includes upward opened holes 6 properly spaced apart circumferentially, protrusions 8 protruded downward and formed at a lower end part 4a of the outer cap, inserted into the upward opened holes to restrict a relative rotation between these outer cap and inner cap and engagement portions arranged between these protrusions and the upward opened holes so as to cause the inner cap and the outer cap to be engaged to each other, and the lower end of the outer cap is provided with a ring-like cover 10 positioned at a more outside part than the protrusions, protruded downward and formed so as to enclose the outer peripheral surface 5b of the annular flange portion to se a boundary Q with the cap and the annular flange downward. |
