PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding apparatus that twists foods made of extruded products of various cross-sectional shapes at a target pitch, and a die provided therein.SOLUTION: A die frame 12 having a through hole is detachably attached to the end of an extruder. A core die 11 having an outer circumference in which a bearing 14 is fitted is inserted into the through hole and is freely rotatable. A bearing press 15 is detachably attached to the die frame 12 so that the core die 11 and the bearing 14 are pressed not to come out from the through hole of the die frame 12. The die 10 is formed with a hole 20 and detachably attached to an end part of the core die 11 at the opposite side of the end of the extruder. A raw material flow channel 11a for making a food raw material flow from the end of the extruder to the hole 20 passes through the core die 11. A sealing material 13 is arranged between the end of the extruder and the core die 11 and prevents the food raw material from leaking out from the raw material flow channel 11a. Further a drive motor 30 rotates and drives the die 10 via a belt 31.
