PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyless entry device advantageous in improving its operability related to locking of en electric door.SOLUTION: The keyless entry device 10 opens/closes and locks/unlocks the electric door 2 of a vehicle by communicating predetermined information and signals to a cellular phone 12 carried by a user. Upon the establishment of first conditions required to carry out a locking reservation when a locking reservation receiving means 14D receives a locking reservation command signal for reserving locking of the electric door 2, the locking reservation is received, and in the case of non-establishment of the first conditions, the locking reservation is refused. When the electric door 2 is located in a totally closed position, the locking reservation is carried out by a locking reservation executing means 14F. |
