PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a device for preventing incidence of disturbance light on a light receiving part.SOLUTION: This current-voltage conversion circuit converts an input current converted by a photodiode into voltage according to a light receiving amount of emitted light of a light emitting diode by the photodiode, and performs control so as to cancel DC components by converting first input current which is input into output voltage to be output, converting second input current which is input into output voltage to be output, receiving each output voltage which are output to output average voltage equivalent to average value components of each output voltage, and canceling drain current equivalent to the DC components according to each output average voltage when the DC components are contained in the current output by the photodiode. |
