PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing uniform fine particles having a nano-order particle size and a narrow grain size distribution.SOLUTION: The fine particle formation apparatus comprises an agitating shaft provided with at the central part in a vertical cylindrical reactor, the agitating shaft being equipped with a generator composed of a fixed outer blade and a rotary inner blade, a baffle tube arranged around the generator for forming a double flow channel in a reaction tube, and a dividing plate, disposed around the external blade of the generator, capable of letting a liquid finely crushed by the generator flow upward, and a downward flow is formed outside the baffle tube arranged around the generator while an upward flow from the inner bottom of the reactor is formed inside the baffle tube. |
