PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that although in a support body added to a supporter for the purpose of aiding bending/stretching of a joint or preventing slipping of the supporter, the support body is directly sewed to the supporter and a storage part for inserting the support body is formed by sewing an elastic fabric to the inside of the supporter, the sewing and coating work of the support body are complicated and troublesome, and on the other hand, a cut boss method is not used for making a pocket for storing the supporter support body, and in this case to easily and quickly manufacture a cylindrical supporter provided with an elastic support body using a circular knitting machine.SOLUTION: Line handles 7, 8 are formed on the supporter employing the cut boss method in the manufacturing process of the cylindrical supporter 1, and a pocket part 9 which is connected to the supporter by bridge yarns is formed. Namely, a support body storage pocket is composed simultaneously with the composition of a supporter body 3, and an elastic support body 11 is inserted into the storage pocket. |
