PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread maker capable of making bread with grains as a starting ingredient and equipped with a convenient mechanism capable of automatically and appropriately supplying a bread ingredient after a milling step.SOLUTION: A bread ingredient storage container provided at the automatic bread maker includes a container body with an opening; a container lid 112 provided turnably relative to the container body to open/close the opening; a seal member 113 sealing a space between the container body and the container lid 112 in the closed state of closing the opening with the container lid 112; a locking member switched between a first position of pressing down the container lid 112 from the outer surface side and a second position not pressing down the container lid; and a minute air passage for communication between the inside and outside of the container body in the closed state. The minute air passage may be a minute clearance SP formed between the container lid 112 and the seal member 113 in the closed state.
