PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool capable of shortening an opening and closing time of a shutter.SOLUTION: In the machine tool, a selector valve 22 is formed so as to locate at a first action position, a neutral position, and a second action position. When the shutter 12 is moved to an opening position (or a closed position), the selector valve 22 is moved from the neutral position to the first action position (or the second action position), a first cylinder chamber 34 (or a second cylinder chamber 36) is consequently connected with a pressure fluid supply means 16, and the second cylinder chamber 36 (or the first cylinder chamber 34) is connected with a pressure fluid discharge means 20 (or 18). When the shutter 12 is located at the opening position (or the closed position), the selector valve 22 is moved from the first action position (or the second action position) to the neutral position, and then, the first and second cylinder chambers 34, 36 are respectively connected with the pressure fluid discharge means 18, 20. |
