PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To meticulously specify a three-dimensional region subjected to the image reconstruction without eliminating a useful part.SOLUTION: An image reconstruction apparatus reconstructs a three-dimensional image or a tomographic image of a subject from image data G supporting a plurality of radiation images obtained by imaging the subject from different directions. The image reconstruction apparatus is equipped with stereoscopic image generating means 43 for generating stereoscopic image data G3 containing parallax information between both right and left eyes based on the image data G on at least two out of the plurality of radiation images, stereoscopic image display means 31 for displaying stereoscopic image based on the stereoscopic image data G3, input means 32, 45 used for specifying a desired two-dimensional region in the stereoscopic image displayed in the display means 31 and specifying the three-dimensional region by moving the two-dimensional region in any direction forming an angle with a plane containing the two-dimensional region, and a reconstruction processing part 46 for reconstructing the specified three-dimensional region. |
