The present invention relates to a de-differentiation method of cells comprising the following steps: (a) binding a de-differentiation transcription factor to a nanotube having a silicon dioxide layer to prepare a transcription factor-nanotube carrier; (b) culturing the transcription factor-nanotube carrier with cells; and (c) separating embryonic stem cell-like colonies from the cultured product obtained from step (b). Safety problems (for example, the possibility of propagation of cancer cells) caused by the use of a virus vector can be fundamentally avoided by using the preparation method of the present invention. Additionally, since protein denaturation is prevented, a sufficient amount of proteins can be supplied by the continuous release of proteins from the nanotube carrier without repeated treatment of the proteins. |
