Preparing metallated hydridosilane compounds (A1), comprises reacting at least one hydridosilane compound comprising at least one silicon group (I) with a metallic base (II) under the abstraction of (I). Preparing metallated hydridosilane compounds (A1), comprises reacting at least one hydridosilane compound comprising at least one silicon group of formula (SiX 3) (I) with a metallic base of formula (MB1 y) (II) under the abstraction of (I). X : -H, -CH 3, -CH 2CH 3, or phenyl; M : electropositive metal; B1 : -OR, -SR, -NR 2, -PR 2or -R1; R : H, alkyl, aryl, silyl, germyl and/or stannyl; R1 : alkyl, aryl, germyl or stannyl; and y : 1-3. Independent claims are included for: (1) (A1) obtained by the above process; and (2) use of (I) for reacting with metal compounds of formula (X nER m-n) (A2).
