PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor which enables measurement with high accuracy.SOLUTION: In the biosensor having an insulating substrate, an electrode including at least one active pole and a counter pole formed on the insulating substrate, and a sample supply section formed on the electrode, the sample supply section has a reaction layer that includes an oxidation-reduction enzyme containing at least a prosthetic group as a pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ); a flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) or a flavin mononucleotide (FMN); and an electron carrier, an interfacial active agent and a glucose. |
