PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that surplus soil containing a large amount of water such as high aqueous excavation sludge generated in tunnel excavation work, soft sludge generated in foundation work such as a foundation pile construction method, soft sediment generated in dredging work and sludge generated in a sewage treatment plant and a water purification plant has been given a solidification treatment by adding and mixing an inorganic solidifier such as raw lime and cement by utilizing a hydration action and a condensation action; however, the pH of the sludge water becomes even higher up to around pH 11 and the effect on the surrounding environment is becoming obvious as the inorganic solidifier is also alkaline in opposition to the targeted sludge water, which is strongly alkaline.SOLUTION: The sludge treatment construction method using a naturally-derived acidic solution such as pyroligneous acid and the like has a constitution in which alkaline can be relieved, and at the same time, semi-solid sludge can be obtained by the aggregation of the sludge water by mixing and agitating wood vinegar liquid extracted in the process of making charcoal and the like, rice husk vinegar liquid, and pyroligneous acid extracted when treating fish and the like into the excavation sludge water highly containing water. |
