PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost and to deliver spiral pipes rapidly and flexibly.SOLUTION: This apparatus includes: a truck 2 which has a load carrying platform 21; a hoist type crane 3 which is arranged on the load carrying platform 21; a spiral forming machine 4 which is arranged on the load carrying platform 21 and with which a spiral ducts 101 are manufactured; a base stock space 21A which is provided on the load carrying platform 21 and on which coil materials 6 for manufacturing the spiral ducts 101 are placed and a pipe space 21b which is provided on the load carrying platform 21 and in which the spiral ducts 101 manufactured with the spiral forming machine 4 are placed.
