PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in analysis accuracy from being caused due to individual differences among analysis chips.SOLUTION: In carrying out an analysis of a test substance by using an analysis chip 10 having a test region TR for capturing a test substance contained in a test solution, the test region TR being provided in a flow channel 15 through which the test solution is allowed to flow, fluorescent generated from the test region TR when a position of irradiation RR on the test region TR is irradiated with excitation light L while shifting the position of irradiation RR is detected as a plurality of adjustment fluorescence signals AFS. Then, the test substance is analyzed by using fluorescence generated when the position of irradiation RR with the excitation light L on the test region TR as determined on the basis of the plurality of adjustment fluorescence signals AFS is irradiated with the excitation light L. |
